  • How can I get in touch with your service?

  • How can I place an order?

    Send us the links/photos of the items you wish to order. We will reply with a delivery quotation including all fees and estimated delivery time. If you confirm, then we will process your order.
  • How are the extra charges calculated?

    Extra charges are calculated based on the Weight ($12/kg Air Cargo) and 5% Service & Insurance.
  • Can I order more than one item?

    Yes you can.
  • Will I know the full price of my order before I confirm?

    Yes you will see the full breakdown of all charges before you confirm.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Your order will arrive between 3-5 weeks to your home anywhere in Iraq.
  • Do I need a credit card or PayPal to place an order?

    No, you do not need a credit or a PayPal account to place an order. We do that for you.
  • Do you place bids on eBay?

    Yes, we do. You’d have to provide us with the maximum bidding value you are willing to pay so we can start bidding on your behalf.
  • How do I pay for my order?

    Cash on Delivery
  • What shipping options do you offer?

    Currently we offer Air Cargo Shipping. The cost is $12/kg from USA to Iraq.
  • Can I order from any USA website?

    Currently you can place orders from Amazon, eBay, iHerb, Nike, Adidas and Sephora.
  • What is the minimum order value?

    $25
  • Can I order anything I want?

    Yes, you can order anything you want as long as it is legal and not banned by shipping carriers or Iraqi customs.
  • What is the list of banned items?

    Counterfeit goods, drones, weapons, animals, drugs, explosives, perishable foods, plants, seeds and illegal goods. 
  • Can I cancel an order after I confirm?

    Unfortunately this is not possible as we would have already processed your order with the seller.
  • Does the size of my item matter?

    No the size does not matter as long as the dimensions (length x width x height) of the package do not exceed 202cm.
  • Do you deliver all over Iraq?

    Yes
  • I do not have WhatsApp, is it possible to order another way?

    Yes, you can visit our office in Al-Mansour to place an order.
  • If my item arrives damaged or not as requested, what will happen?

    Your items are fully insured so you will receive a full refund in case of any damage as a result of shipping or mishandling. If your item/s arrive not as you requested then you will also receive a full refund or we will reorder them correctly at no extra charge to you.
  • Can I order from Ali Express or Ali Baba?

    No, we do not place orders from these sellers.
  • Can I buy an item online and have Dizli ship it to Iraq?

    No, Dizli only ships items that we purchase ourselves due to security measures.
